One of the best things about VPN 360 is its compatibility with both iOS and Android devices. The VPN can be downloaded from both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. It is not clear at the moment whether Infinity Software will soon be releasing a desktop version of VPN 360.
Customer Support
When it comes to customer support, VPN 360 doesn’t fare quite well. The app has a customer support button labeled “Need Help?” but only gives you an email address that you can use to contact support. Email support, as you’ll agree, is rather outdated and not the kind of support channel you would expect in a good VPN provider. They should have incorporated a contact form or Live Chat at the very least.
Logging Policy
VPN 360 has a rather disappointing logging policy. Everything indicates that they log all your stuff. They don’t have a zero-log policy and even go ahead to state in their privacy policy that they can disclose information about users to authorities if requested.
They call themselves a no-log network but still collect data in accordance with their “limited exceptions” rule. VPN 360 openly admits that they may collect and share your personal and Internet usage data to government authorities and law enforcement agencies at request or pursuant to a subpoena, court order, or any other legal process. This only means that your data and all online activities done via VPN 360 are not completely safe.
Unclear Encryption and Protocols
Another reason why VPN 360 scores quite low in terms of safety is the fact that they don’t make it completely clear which encryption method they use in their security protocols.
The VPN provider states that it uses AES-256 bit encryption, which happens to be the strongest and most secure encryption, for the L2TP protocol but does not clearly state which encryption method they used for the IKEv2 protocol.
It is also disappointing to know that they don’t use OpenVPN tunneling protocol as a standard in their iOS app. OpenVPN is the most secure tunneling protocol used by most VPN services.
No Kill Switch
Another area of security where VPN 360 fails miserably is their lack of a kill switch. A kill switch is an important tool that automatically disconnects your Internet connection to keep your IP address safe when your VPN connection drops. VPN 360 doesn’t have a kill switch and would most likely leave you exposed if the VPN suddenly goes off.

Infinity Software Company Limited, the owner of VPN 360, is registered in the United States which is a country subject to the 5 Eyes cross-border intelligence-sharing agreement. This is not good news for VPN 360 since the company is obligated to provide your data to government agencies and authorities if requested to.
